Jacob customer, we have decided, together with our sister company Infinite Hooray, to offer you a free trial of this app using AI technology to help you improve your customer service experience when they are in contact with your customer service.
“Your AI Agent” can:
- Write ticket reply drafts.
- Use your Help Center content to draft replies.
- Summarize historical tickets.
- Detect customer sentiment.
- Set your company brand voice.
Best of all, we are constantly developing “Your AI Agent” to offer you new features that will optimize your service operation and make your customer service profitable.
The procedure for signing up for this special offer:
- Go to https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/925695/your-ai-agent/
- Install "Your AI Agent."
- Follow the registration flow.
- Please note: Do not copy/paste the URL when you register your domain name, as it will include "https://," which is not your correct domain name. Instead, enter your exact domain name correctly (e.g., mycompany.zendesk.com).
- Entering credit card details is required (by the end of January 2024, we will credit your usage).
- You will receive an API key by email. You will need to enter this API key to unlock the app as the final step in the registration flow. When that is done, you are ready to use the powerful AI technology to reply to tickets.
If you want to continue using the app after the January trial, there is nothing you need to do.
You might be wondering about the cost after the end of the free trial period. We have chosen a pay-as-you-go price model where you pay for your actual consumption. This model is much cheaper than Zendesk AI, where you can easily be charged $1000 a month before you start replying to tickets.
We charge per unit, meaning that you can have an email reply generated for only $0.10. Here is our price scheme:
